What is the return policy for products purchased from Arabz Mart?

Items can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided they are unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging. Certain items, such as perishable goods and custom products, are not eligible for return.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. If the return is approved, the refund will be initiated to your original method of payment.

What shipping options are available at Arabz Mart?

Currently we offer standard shipping option only. Delivery time is 1-3 days, and its costs 10 AED which is paid by the customer.
